All prices are in GBP, before VAT if applicable. Starting prices cover the stated scope; complex characters, effects, additional versions and usage can change the quote. Filmed productions are costed for crew, talent usage, equipment, locations, post-production and delivery.
One idea, clearly scoped. Cutdowns, derivative adverts, hooks and platform versions use the approved main film and shared assets; they are not separate original concepts or a promise of new scenes. We agree the lengths, versions and asset plan before production.
Additional cutdowns£100–£200 each, from approved material.
Three alternative hooks£250–£450.
Simple extra aspect ratio£75; substantial reworking £150–£300.
Character / world development£1,000–£2,500 for an agreed development scope.
Voice & original musicQuoted to talent, production and usage.
Live action, events & pilotsIndividually scoped to crew and deliverables.
For the AI advert starting prices, Signal includes up to four shots, Transmission up to eight, and Transmission Plus up to twelve. These are planning allowances; shot complexity, character continuity, product accuracy and generation requirements affect the final scope. Takeover campaigns receive an agreed shot and asset plan.
We confirm deliverables, resolution, feedback rounds, timeline and usage before work starts. One-off projects normally use 50% to book and 50% before final delivery; larger projects can use milestones. External talent, locations, licences and specialist requirements are itemised. Advertising spend, posting and community management are separate. A one-month pilot covers the stated monthly production scope and does not automatically renew. Any retainer term is agreed separately after the pilot; a new world or major campaign gets its own quote.
Live action brings the people, performances and physical detail. AI adds the scenes or visual transformations the brief needs. We plan the connection between them before the shoot.
Founded by Shiloh and Jason, friends who have known each other for years. Pirate TV brings together their creative direction and technical approach to filmmaking.
A creative director, scriptwriter, storyboard artist and music artist, Shiloh brings character, story and a distinctive creative eye to Pirate TV. His background spans rap, songwriting and original scripts, alongside a network of camera operators, actors, producers and music engineers.
His writing includes Opp Block, an original series project in development. He brings experience in songwriting and original storytelling to Pirate TV’s creative work.
At Pirate TV, he develops concepts, writes scripts, creates storyboards and directs the creative vision. With an eye for composition, atmosphere and memorable visual moments, he shapes how each story moves from the page to the screen, working closely with Jason to bring it to life.
Jason brings Pirate TV’s ideas to life on screen. As co-founder, he leads AI filmmaking, visual development and technical production, turning creative concepts into the images, characters and worlds that give each film its identity.
Working closely with Shiloh, he develops the look and feel of a project, exploring how imagery, movement and atmosphere can carry the story. His contribution is both creative and technical: shaping visual treatments, developing sequences and finding practical ways to bring ambitious ideas onto the screen.
From the first visual explorations to the finished sequences, Jason connects the concept with its execution. Across brand films and original worlds, his focus is on giving the work a consistent visual identity and making the audience feel part of the world being created.
Our original projects begin with characters, dialogue and a world worth exploring. Script development gives the visual work a narrative to follow.
An original scripted series project in development, built around intersecting characters, relationships and consequences.
Shiloh’s work on the project includes pilot scenes, dialogue and the wider series story. It forms part of the writing background he brings to Pirate TV’s film and pilot concepts.
